Pad printing operation silicon rubber instructions:
Hardness of the pad printing silicon rubber is according to the size of the pattern which you want to print
Normal hardness of the silicone pad is 15 to 25A
General proportion between the silicon rubber and the silicone oil is 100:30100:50
After you take the correct proportion of the mixture, mix them evenly and sufficiently, then add curing agent which are 2 to 3% of the total weight of the silicon rubber and the silicon oil, keep stirring for 2 to 3 minutes
